From grocery delivery service, to United States Postal delivery, to local freight service, the Mergenthaler brothers took every opportunity to evolve and grow their business. In true Montana spirit, when an opportunity arose to conduct local cartage for the Canyon Ferry Dam, Arthur & Nick Mergenthaler leapt at the opportunity.
In the late 1960s, the Mergenthaler Brothers began offering intrastate and interstate moves. This allowed them to build a new 8000 square foot warehouse, opening new opportunities for their business.
We’re always evolving.
In 1972, Arthur’s four sons inherited the business and expanded across the Rocky Mountain and Pacific North West regions. Even today the Mergenthaler legacy continues to expand and evolve across a rapidly changing industry. Through intentional training, strategic management, and steady growth, we’ve paved a way for our future.
