The Portland Household Goods Office was purchased from Fulton Moving and Storage in Beaverton OR in early September 2001 and began operations as Mergenthaler Transfer and Storage on October 1st 2001. The office was relocated to Tigard in 2005 to a location that gave us quicker access to most of the Westside residential area’s we serve. The office is smaller that our Salt Lake City Branch but has been the quality leader in the Mergenthaler Transfer family for two years and a leader in the United Van Lines System as well.
