We pay 55 to 58 percent of Line-haul, based on annual revenue hauled and quality rating. Your base plate is supplied, uniform allowance paid annually, 100% of extras, 75-90% of packing depending on the location you are packing. We also pay you every Thursday and give you free FedEx stamps to get paperwork to us weekly. In addition we pay for basic blackberry service so you can update and accept orders from dispatch. If your tractor is not white we will help pay for a new paint job. In addition when you sign up we will give you $1,000 to get the wheels rolling and in 6 months we will give you another $1000.
